Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

  • The consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days after receiving the product.

  • During this period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must contact the company in writing or by email within the 14-day period.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

  • The company will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after withdrawal, provided the product is received in good condition.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is possible for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Hygienic products whose seal has been broken

Article 9 – Pricing

  • All prices are listed inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Price changes within 3 months of concluding the contract are permitted only in response to legal changes.

Article 10 – Delivery

  • Orders are handled with the utmost care and delivered within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.

  • If a product is not available, the consumer will be informed and is entitled to a refund or replacement product.

Article 11 – Complaints

  • Complaints must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • The company will aim to handle complaints within 14 days.

  • If the complaint is valid, the company will replace or compensate the product.
